Christmas Wish List Bundle

Thanksgiving is in just a couple of days and the Christmas shopping saving commercials are in full force!

Keeping everything straight, knowing what to focus on and having a plan, makes the holidays so much more enjoyable.  That's what drove me to come up with a Christmas pack that will help me keep all the items I have to juggle during this time of year from dropping and crumbling around my feet.  Of course I know there are others out there who need some help in this area, too, so I'm offering it for free to anyone who joins the My Life E-club!

Here's what you'll get in the bundle:

My Wish List

A great way to start off the gift buying process is to actually know what your kids (or others) really want this year.  I know my kids pretty well, but there's always something on the list that will surprise me.  And then there are times when I'm sooooo last month on what they like.  (Know the feeling?)

This Wish List has plenty of room for the little ones to put all their wishes down so parents or grandparents have a better idea of what they want.  And, with two list per sheet (with a cut guide line), you'll be able to print as many as you need using less paper.

Christmas Gifting Budget

If you been visiting the blog for long, you know what a stickler I am on staying within our budget.  Spending more that we have, doesn't make for a very merry Christmas for us.  Ever.  It took us years to realized that starting the process with a limit makes it so much easier to stay where we need to monetarily.  This budgeting sheet has a place for a total overall budget and also a spot to write in exactly how much you can spend on each person on your gifting list.

There's a total of three pages, but obviously you can print as many as you need to cover your gifting needs.  On page 2 and 3 there's even a space for jotting down notes for those ideas that might come about while planning or shopping.

Gift Tags

Once you're finished with all your shopping, you're going to need some tags to put on all those prettily wrapped packages.  There's two sheets with 9 tags each and both have cut guide lines to help keep things easy.  Incase you haven't noticed..... all the items in the bundle coordinate with happy teal and red colors.

Bonuses!

So, after I got all of these pages done, I wanted to be able to do a lot of planning to make the actual shopping process quicker and easier.  Keeping track of the amount of money I'm not only spending but saving is a huge thing for me.  Anyone else out there like to see the savings add up?!

To accomplish this I came up with not only a Black Friday Deals tracker, but also a Cyber Monday Deals tracker!

Both of these will allow you to know which store or site you need to visit to get the deals you need to keep your holiday spending under budget and regret free!  You'll also be able to keep track of sale start time, payment method used, and delivery date.

Want to get your hands on this whole packet?!

FREE Printable: Oh, So Thankful

Happy Halloween!!

Isn't it crazy how quickly the days seem to be going by this year?  I'm not sure if it's because I'm getting older or what's going on, but every day, month, year seems to be gone just a little faster than the previous.

Now that October is coming to a close, those of us in the U.S. will be focusing on Thanksgiving and looking forward to spending time with family and reflecting on all the tangible and intangible things we have to be thankful for in our lives.  This whole idea of being thankful really got me thinking this year - more specifically, how to help my family {ahem - kids} truly see how much we all have to be thankful for.  This, of course, got the wheels in my brain turning, my creative juices started flowing and I got to work trying to make the idea in my mind a reality.

I'm SO excited to be sharing this with you today!!

Here it is! My very first printable!

This is what I'm going to be using with all our kids this November as a countdown to Thanksgiving Day.  24 days of listing all the things we have to be thankful for in this life we live.  And having 24 different blanks to fill should help the kids to branch out in their thinking beyond the usual family members, pets and favorite toys.

And it's a good exercise for more than just the kids! We adults need a good reminder of all the great things we have and enjoy and the wonderful people and blessings we receive every day.  All those things we tend to take for granted until we take a moment to slow down and focus on them.

Want to get one (or maybe a couple) for your family?  Simply follow the link below to sign up I'll send it directly to your inbox for your personal use!

Can't wait to get started on this with our kids tomorrow!!

Christmas in July is Starting NOW!!

More than half of my family headed off to a week of camp today. That means I get to have a few days alone with my youngest two which is going to be so much fun! I've been swamped with getting the older 3 ready for their trip and after a few days of fun here at home, I'll be getting ready for another trip (which will contain a business trip for me!). July has turned out to be a bit more hectic than I anticipated!

Before too much more of my month goes by, I wanted to give back a little

Spring 'Greening'

I make no secret about how much I love the cleaners we use in our home.  I discovered this amazing, concentrated cleaner one day when I took to the internet to search for a natural cleaner.  One that was safe around my kids, didn't require me to have the windows open for ventilation when using it, was safe for all the surfaces in our house, was budget friendly,

It was definitely a tall order.

Funny how we stumble upon things when we least expect it, right?!  See my purpose in sitting down at the computer that day was to look for a cleaner.  After a few minutes of searching for something I was sure I'd never find, I got a little side tracked by different blogs.  (Is that typical for you, too?)

One blog sucked me right in and it was so much fun looking at all the things this blogger was doing- finishing their basement, cute posts of her kids, and getting things ready for a big yard sale.  And then there was one sentence that caught my eye.  She was using a natural cleaner to clean up some furniture she was getting ready to sell.  A cleaner she had been using for years with a link in the post to buy my own.  Bingo!

That was about 3 years ago.  Did you know I still have my original bottle I ordered that day?

Would you like to know why I still have the original bottle?  Believe me, it's not for nostalgia sake.  It's because I'm still trying to get through the whole thing!  That's right - that lovely little arrow on the picture is pointing to the level of cleaner I still have in my original bottle purchased 3 years ago!

This is the only all-purpose cleaner I use in our home, too.  How many bottles of cleaner have you purchased in the past 3 years?  This one cleaner makes my glass cleaner, all purpose cleaner and degreaser just by simply mixing different amounts of the concentrated cleaner with plain water.  Super easy and very economical - two things we can all appreciate!  Not only is Basic H2 an all-natural, organic cleaner it's also naturally anti-microbial!

Even if you only purchase one window cleaner, one all-purpose cleaner and one degreaser in a year, you would still spend more than if you purchase one bottle of Basic H2 concentrate.

There's another reason switching our house hold cleaners has made such a difference in our family.  Did you know the cleaners you use can have a direct result on your families respiratory health?  Ever check the warning labels on your cleaners?  This is something that other families have seen a huge difference in after switching their cleaners.

For our family, we saw a quick difference with allergies in all the kids and chronic coughs in our two youngest.  Once we switched, I no longer had teachers contacting me about the little ones having trouble staying on task and keeping with the class because they were coughing all through school.  No more having to go to the pediatrician {at 20 bucks a pop} to be told to try another type of allergy medicine that just didn't work.  No more dealing with chronic sinus infections for our oldest and youngest daughters and having to get prescription after prescription to help relieve the hurt that goes along with all of that.

So, are you curious to learn more?  My team would love to have you join us April 22nd at our Facebook event in honor of Earth Day.

Here we will be sharing the background of the Shaklee cleaning products, uses, some great before and afters, and so much more!  These cleaners are so versatile you will never need to bring a harsh, chemical cleaner into your home again!

This is an absolute, no-obligation event!  However, it's a great way to get your questions asked and find out more about what so many of us have discovered in these natural, non-toxic cleaners that work to keep our homes clean without being a harm to our families or the environment.

Can't wait to see you there!!

Keep loving Life!

It's WHAT day?! And Some FB Drawings Coming Your Way!

Can you believe it's already the LAST day of November?! I mean.... where has the time gone?!

Before I go any farther I want to make sure you know about this.  My Cyber Monday gift to you!  This is a great opportunity to get a few things on you gift list taken care of and pamper yourself at the same time.  If you are one of my members, just simply go to your myshaklee site and shop.  If you don't have a membership, go to my site and start shopping.  Want to save on membership?  Contact me and I can help you - I know lots of ways to get your membership FREE.  This offer ends TONIGHT, though.

As you know, tomorrow is the first day of December.  I hadn't planned on doing much for the holidays since we were planning to be out of our home no later than the 10th.  I hadn't even planned on doing any decorating.  Well..... that's not how things are working out. {bummer}

Since plans have changed, I got the Christmas tree out and put up today.  The kids and I will work on getting it decorated one evening this week.  {I'll share when it's finished.} Little by little, I'll work on getting a few holiday items set up around the house, too.  It can be a little odd working out a balance of holiday decorating and keeping a 'show ready house' - but, I'm sure I'll manage.

I also decided to have some fun on my Facebook page and I wanted to give a little heads up from the blog.  Hopefully, the fun will help bring on the Christmas cheer.  Right now it's more like the Grinch is in residency around here.

So...

Starting tomorrow, I'm going to have drawings for freebies - products, a book or two, maybe even a gift card.   The more participation, the more days this can be done.  If you want to be able to participate, make sure you go on my Facebook page and like it.  Make sure you also set it up to get notifications or else Facebook won't let my posts show up for you to see.  Very important step!

I'm really looking forward to seeing how this little experiment goes.  I love sharing with you all and have enjoyed getting to 'meet' more an more people through my work and time online.  This is going to be just a little way for me to say 'Merry Christmas' and 'Thank You' for following me and letting me share just a little part of your life.

Cheers!

**I'll be posting our Link Party #44 a little later tonight when it goes live at 8 o'clock.
